I came to see Michelle as she had been recommended by a colleague as the person to go to when you don't want to diet.  I wasn't entirely sure what she was going to do with me, other than nutritional advice, however it was amazing for me to finally realise that it wasn't just about food that was my reason for putting on weight.  Once I got my head around this and did my homework Michelle gave me, the weight finally started to shift.

My main goal in working with Michelle, was to overcome my dislike of nearly all food, following a gastric sleeve surgery.  Michelle was able to help me with this goal, by finding out and understanding what was causing this, and then setting out a plan to introduce different food that I would eat.
