Peanut Butter Energy Balls


1 cup (130g) pitted dates

3/4 cup (40g) ground almonds

1/2 cup (40g) desiccated coconut

2 tbsp. chia seeds

1 tbsp. coconut oil

1 tbsp. peanut butter


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blitz into a paste.

  2. Form walnut-sized balls by pressing the paste together with your hands. Place in the fridge for a few hours so that they become more solid.

  3. You can keep them in the fridge or freezer.
