Peanut Butter Crunch Bars
Ingredients
3 cup puffed millet
2/3 cup peanut butter (I use @fixandfogg)
1/3 cup honey
2 squares 70% dark chocolate (I use Lindt)
Instructions

Melt the peanut butter with the honey over a low heat until the peanut butter is melted and combined with the honey.

Mix with the puffed millet and press into a lined baking tin and put in the freezer for at least an hour – until it is set

Remove from freezer and top with melted chocolate.

Slice into bars or bite sized squares and keep in the fridge or freezer to enjoy!!
