Mango & Turmeric Smoothie


1 cup (240ml) almond milk

½ cup (125g) Greek yogurt (or plant-based)

1 cup (160g) frozen mango

½ avocado

½ banana

2.5cm fresh ginger, peeled

1 tsp. ground turmeric 


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
