Frozen PB & J Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 Tbsp frozen peanut butter (or any nut butter you choose)
½ Tbsp flaxseeds
½ Tbsp chia seeds
