Cinnamon Donut Bliss Balls

Ingredients

1 tsp vanilla extract

5 medjool dates, seeds removed

1 cup desiccated coconut + extra to roll in

1 Tbsp almond butter (or any nut butter you choose).  I love Fix and Fogg

1 Tbsp honey

1 Tbsp maple syrup

1 cup almond or hazelnut meal

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Place the ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined.

  2. Press and shape the mixture into balls.

  3. Roll balls in coconut.

  4. Place the balls in the fridge or freezer to set.
