Smokey Paprika Aioli


2/3 C Avocado Oil

1 - 1.5 tsp Paprika (depending on how strong you like it)

1.5 tsp Lemon Juice

1 tsp Cumin

1 egg (preferably organic)

1/2 tsp mustard powder

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

1/4 tsp fresh minced garlic 

1/4 tsp salt



1. Put all ingredients into a tall container

2. Place a stick blender at the bottom of the container and start blending.  Don't move the blender until it begins to thicken.

3. Once it starts to thicken, slowly move the stick blender towards the top until it is all mixed in (around 30 secs).

4. Put in jar and keep in the fridge for 5-7 days.
